Social Contribution: Local and Global Reach
The year 2023 has just concluded with satisfaction for FlySight, once again enabling contributions to both associations committed in the world and local charitable organizations. Among these are key entities such as the social cooperative “Parco del Mulino | Livorno,” engaged in partnership with the Italian Down Syndrome Association Livorno to foster work integration projects. “AVSI” committed to numerous humanitarian projects in many areas of the world, and the “Andrea Doria Institute“, dedicated to assisting orphans of the Italian Navy’s military personnel since 1917. Also this year, with a donation of 30,000 euros, bonuses, and welfare recognitions for employees, FlySight has reinforced its commitment also to social responsibilities.
Local Technological Development Support: Funding EAS UNIPI Master’s Program
Since its inception, FlySight has actively supported scientific research and technological innovation, extending its engagement beyond these domains. Engaging and supporting the local community and contributing to projects aiding the vulnerable are integral to FlySight’s operations, as well as promoting the identity and sense of belonging of its employees. These efforts consistently align with the company’s vision, values, and ethical standards that anyone who approaches FlySight can directly experience.
In support of research, education, and employment, during 2023, FlySight also supported academic activities, notably contributing to the Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies (Master EAS) in Underwater Acoustic Engineering and its Applications, managed by the Department of Information Engineering – University of Pisa, in collaboration with the Naval Academy of Livorno, Italian Navy.
